This is where the “right time, right place” items live. These products are made in small batches when ingredients are available, the season allows, and the homestead cooperates.

Some of these offerings come from harvests, some from weather windows, and some from moments when we can make a little extra of something we love. When they are gone, they are gone, at least until the season circles back around.
