Chris and I generally eat some sort of oat something for breakfast, whether it be Granola or another form. Recently we've been making overnight oats because it's delicious, healthy and requires little prep.
Before you go to bed, grab a pint-sized Mason Jar and add the following:
3/4 cup of rolled oats
1/8 cup of Chia Seeds
3/4 cup of milk of your choice
1/2 tsp of Ceylon Cinnamon (adjust to your preference)
and depending on how sweet you like it 1-2 TBSP of Maple Syrup.
Stir this up, put a lid on it, stick it in the fridge, and in the morning, it's ready for eating.
